This has been great for my daughter with very heavy periods while also being very sensitive/allergic to period pads. We actually didn’t believe these Wuka’s could indeed last for a whole night without any leaking, but they in fact did! Really the best invention, giving relief during period time! Very glad they exist!

I have always struggled with painful heavy periods. On day 1 and 2 I lose a lot of blood so usually avoid doing anything as I always end up having embarrassing leaks. These pants have been a complete game changer, no more leaks!
. They do feel strange at first but honestly so glad I tried them!

Good fit

I tested these on a light period day so I can’t review the leak proof aspect but I can confirm they are comfortable, dried well and true to size. I do find the padding to be a bit bulky and slightly visible under thin clothing so would possibly wear the with thick or loose trousers/jeans in future.

Comfortable and stayed dry throughout the night. Best out of all iv tried.

The waistband is just the right fit with not being too tight but the leg area is a bit bigger. Get your normal size or size down if you’re ok with the waistband being a tiny bit tight.

These are fantastic and last me about 9hrs on my heavy days there grate for sleeping in too. So far washed once abd reused and the absorbency is just the same. Will be buying more so I have a weeks worth.

This high waist super heavy style is high gusset front and back and is a life saver. I have exceptionally heavy periods, so I need to use a menstrual disc and I use these pants as an extra layer of protection. If the gusset wasn’t high or these were not for super heavy flow, I would have ended up leaking through my clothes in public multiple times. It’s a God sent and I have been using these from 2020. WUKA is the best. I have tried to look at other brands to see if anything else came up as good but I couldn’t find anything at all. You would see my reviews on FB pages from years as u swear by this style, as it covers my bum, has a high gusset at both ends, is super durable, these don’t tear apart, even if there is mesh fabric detailing on both the sides. I have got my friends and family to buy this style as you cannot be covered enough when it comes to periods, and this style is a no brainer. A suggestion for WUKA would be to kindly introduce all pants styles in high gusset front and back as with heavy bleeding, the flow will leak all over the pants, but we would appreciate not being tied to a specific design just because of it being super heavy and high gusset. Eg- with seamless stretch design, I would have loved to tried it if it was super heavy and high gusset just like this one. Great brand

I had such a comfortable period using my WUKA knickers. The knickers themselves, are so comfortable and with the added bonus of no risks of leaks, it was great. They was lovely and dry quickly. Very grateful. I got them whilst on offer which made them more affordable to me.

These period pants are a life saver. They for comfortably, are breathable and most importantly they give me the confidence to know it doesn’t matter how heavy I flow I won’t be leaking anywhere.

I've found the Wuka pants brilliant for daytime but struggled at night a bit, so I got these. I ordered my usual size but they feel too big, they moved around when I turned over and I did not feel confident that they wouldn't leak. Overall I was disappointed and will continue to lay on a towel as well, which is what I wanted to avoid. Absorbancy is veryb good but i didnt feel that i could trust them alone.

I have PCOS so I have a heavy flow. I wish o discovered these sooner. No more trying to sleep in one position so the pad doesn’t move, no more checking the sheet in the morning. Will be buying for my daughter when she gets her periods.

I absolutely love these! I have PCOS and suffer with very heavy periods and this is the first time in years I've been able to sleep through the night without leaking. I've never felt so comfortable while being on my period before! As other reviews have mentioned I'd recommend going down a size, I wear a size L in other styles but found these in an M fit perfectly.

I read about wuka a few times and after having an abnormally heavy period i decided to give these a go after using others on the market, i bought high waisted super heavy, i think the variable sizes are a bit of a pain im a 20/22 i went 3xl their not the perfect fit a little on the big sde in areas but dont think a size down would work, which makes me worry about leakage where their not snug.
I havent had chance to experience them on a worst flow day yet however i dont feel they would be safe bet for me as i think the pad will be to short which makes me soooo sad. I wish there was a longer pad option or there was just generally a longer pad within these pants.
If anyones listening that can change that make longer pads in them! And then they would almost be perfect if i could fix the gaping. But the lack of pad will will mean i have to wear them with extra pads which defeats to object 😔

These definitely do the job as my period is very heavy, wore one pair all day and literally no leaks! However, they are hugeeee. I recommend sizing down or getting the wuka stretch instead

Love the WUKA pants! 😍 I've been using the Ultimate pants for a while, but when I ordered the same size as before, they felt a bit bigger. Looks like I’ll need to go a size down for the perfect fit. But I love them, they are game changers.

I bought this 2 months ago. These are super comfortable, especially on
super heavy period days! However, it seems like the sizing has changed a bit. The size I used to buy fit perfectly, but now going one size down feels like a better fit.

If you can't leave the house due to heavy flow these are what you are looking for. Due to fibroids my flow is very heavy for one to two days every few months and these pants are perfect. They will catch it all, which is saying something. I couldn't function without these. I have worn them to the movies and for a full day out in London both of which would have been impossible to go to without these pants. They do take a longer time to dry but that is a minor issue compared with being able to leave the house! The sizing is great as well and they are actually very comfortable. I would recommend them.

Game changer and wish purchased earlier. Periods so much easier now! Just need to buy more! Fantastic pants and highly recommend them.

I have had digestive disorders in the past, which can also affect my bladder, so I used to wear absorbent period pads all the time. Although my health is much better now, it is not perfect, and I used to wear period pads for the additional reason of preventing medicinal creams that I need to use from seeping through onto my outer clothing.

Until a few years ago, I thought that I would need to wear pads for the rest of my life, but then I tried buying and using period pads of various brands.

Although there are some absorbent underpants designed for men (as I am a man) I prefer period pants as I find them more comfortable, as absorbent underpants designed for men would cause irritation in my groin area. I wear bamboo briefs over the top of period pants in order to hold everything in place and this seems to work well.

I have found that WUKA period pants are the best, especially for intensive exercise and going on long walks especially in hot weather, as they absorb sweat extremely well. I use WUKA Ultimate High Waist Super Period Pants for Very Heavy Flow as they seem to be the best. I have bought a good supply of them and hope that they will last me a good few years.

These are crazy absorbent, and I didn't have any leaks overnight, which is impressive considering my period is heavy. Unfortunately the mesh isn't too comfortable (I am autistic, so textures like that bother me) and they are a little bigger than expected.

They're are fantastic, an absolute game changer. No leaks and super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I am really happy with my new period underwear. They are comfortable and I don't have to worry about leaking even when my period is really heavy. I would definitely recommend these.
